How do the different TIERS work?2025-01-13T14:38:52-06:00

Our TIERS work on a yearly purchase total.  As members reach the next higher level, they will accumulate points more quickly.

All members are reset to the TIER of “Captain” at the start of each year.

EXAMPLES:

  1. A member spends $600.00 on February 1st.  After that sale is recorded, they are at the tier of “MAJOR” and after that date, their next purchase(s) will earn 1.5 points per $1 spent.
  2. The same scenario as above applies. Additionally, in July, their total purchases for the year exceeded $1,000.00. They would move up to the TIER of “General” for the remainder of the year.

Nope. Your account is tracked by your phone number, email address and your name.

We do have loyalty cards, if you would like to have one.
